Miami Beach based South Beach Coffee Company is proud to announce the publication of a coffee table book. "Over A Cup of Coffee," co-authored by Hagai Gringarten, president of South Beach Coffee Company and Naomi Gal, a best- selling novelist.
"It was stimulating, interesting, and a pleasurable experience to collaborate with such an accomplished author as Naomi Gal," says Hagai Gringarten, President of South Beach Coffee Company. "We were able to write a valuable and informative read for coffee lovers who want to know more about the past, present, and future of coffee in Israel and the world."
"Over a Cup of Coffee" tells the story of coffee, its history, its social aspect, and some romantic stories. Shiram CMA Ltd Publishing publishes the book in Israel, and it is currently being featured as a window display in major bookstore chains such as Steimatzky, and Books Warehouse. The co-author Ms. Naomi Gal says,
"Mr. Gringarten brought the book indispensable and valuable coffee expertise, coffee business insight, and such professionalism that helped us explain the true dynamics of coffee".

A graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes and the Sorbonne University in Paris,
Naomi Gal published 13 best-selling books, and has won the Jerusalem Literary Prize for the novel "Soap Opera", and the Warner Brothers prize for her script of "Sisters". Naomi Gal lives in Jerusalem, Israel where she is completing her next novel "Lovend".

Hagai Gringarten holds an MBA in Marketing and BBA in International Finance from the University of Miami and he is the president of South Beach Coffee Company.
